I love being a "GAMMI"

Have I told you lately how much fun it is being Gammi to my two precious little grandsons? Well in case you missed it -- there is nothing in the world like it. To see their smiles in the morning when their moms or dads bring them is the best thing in the world. To have them reach their little arms up in the air wanting me to pick them up and hold them.....THAT IS HEAVEN!!

Drake turned 19 months old yesterday. Where does the time go? He is learning more words and communicating very well. He's got "please and thankyou" down very well. How can you tell him "no" to something when he is already thanking you for it? He uses sign language and when he wants something he rubs his little belly (the sign for please) and immediately moves his hand to his mouth and signs "thank you". So he pretty much gets whatever he wants at Gammi's house.
Adler is 7.5 months old now. He is a climber. He is a perpetual motion machine. He has the commando crawl down to an art form and can go from one end of the house to the other in no time at all.

Yesterday it wasn't too hot out in the afternoon so we got out the kiddie pool and filled it with water. The boys had a great time with their plastic cups and bowls. Here are a few pics of their time in the pool.

Yes is is so much fun being Gammi to Drake and Adler. I LOVE MY LIFE!!!!
